I have a case where I only want to run when I am in edit mode:

@If(@IsDocBeingEdited;@Command([ToolsRunMacro]; "webLock");"")

If you change the order around, then you sould be able to run it only in read mode:

@If(@IsDocBeingEdited;"";@Command([ToolsRunMacro]; "webLock"))
